MM - I hope your prediction is correct, but it is risky during the interim. I would think Specter negotiated assurances to slide through the DEM primary. If that is the case, and the economy moves upward in 2010, he along with many other DEMs will win. I am concerned the risk is very high the DEMs will increase their majority numbers. I have always voted REP and plan to continue to do so because they are the closet to fiscal conservatives (makes me sick to use that term based on their spending in recent years). I wish I would see some indication of genius in the party that would give confidence of a quick rebound.
