Don't misunderstand, I get the concern. But you could have said the exact same thing about Lake Martin since it was first filled. Every year there are more homes on the lake. There is little that can be done about that. More houses, more boats, more people adding to the local economy, etc. If the voters that live here year round can get organized they might be able to limit the large, multi-unit developments from a zoning perspective. That's a bit challenging since there are so many municipalities around the lake so you have to address this with each one. Not a fun or easy process. Since I am a weekender I can't really help as I don't have a vote in local elections.
