I read with interest Aladucker's following statement under the Topic Goose Info; "There is no state regulation saying how far away you must be from a house while waterfowl hunting."

I could not believe that statement and conducted some internet research. Dang it, I think Aladucker is correct. I would of thought there would be some gun law or hunting provision that would have a restriction to the distance that a firearm could be legally discharged from a residence or occupied building. (Unless there are local Government laws such as county laws.) Someone please tell me there is such a law. If not, this is even crazier than Alabama not requiring safety inspections on motor vehicles.
