Mad Wind Creek prior to buying our house, considered this possiblity, then heard rumors of toxic cleanup from leaking gas tanks, (I'm sure this wasn't really the case) but it was enough to make us understand that owning a marina was a little over our head.

But gas would have been cheap!

Not sure what condition the holding tanks are in, something that could cost LoTs of money.
