Couple of points:

1. Most of the ramps are furnished by APCo for public use as part of the FERC commitments. Do not belong to state.

2. There are probably ten ramps on the lake. Staffing 12 hours/day @ $10.00/hr not counting benefits would cost around $450,000/year. How much could they generate--not that much.

The state has done the best possible thing they could do with the new law. As soon as the law is affirmed by the court and the whining ceases we'll all be better off.
