APCO's Union Boat Ramp should be good throughout the year. It is on Blue Creek very near to Curry's Point. By road it is off of Hwy 50W on Centerport Road. I believe that the ramp at the Kowaliga Bridge on Hwy 63 should be good too for a long while.
