We will be vacationing at the Hidden Cove Outdoor Resort this summer and will have several kids mostly teens and preteens who have never fished before. Sort of a mini family reunion. Any suggestions as to where we should go to fish and what type of bait we should use? We're from the New Orleans area and are not familiar with the area. After this past year it would be really awesome if the kids could catch their first fish! We'll be using a 4 seater waverunner. It's not like a jet ski at all it's more like a mini boat.

Appreciate any input ya'll can give.
