First, my regards on accepting that challenge. Ain't easy to feed that many folks. Agree with McGill for the most part on serving sizes. After two months of concession food/microfood, all bets are off, though. They are gonna' be hungry for the good stuff. In our experience serving Q, a single butt will serve 7 or 8 adults with leftovers. But there was beer involved and lots of side dishes,,, and the guests were not 20 year olds. Me, I would shoot at @ 12 butts. Less if served on a bun. Assuming a Sam's butt of maybe 6/7 pounds. Good luck, buddy,, and smoke em' if ya' got em'.
