LoCo what high school do you attend? How can you afford a lake house being just 18 yrs old? You are either just a kid or extremely immature. How about keeping your name calling on the playground and off this forum. By the way, Bill (who I have never met) is correct with most or all of his logic trail regarding APC, water levels, SLISA, impacts of droughts, flood control,etc. Please let us all see your proposed letter to the customers of APC who may have to pay higher rates to provide you more water during mid Summer, which is usually a high power period (and as a consequence requires higher water draws thru the dam). And yes, we all know about the cooling tower issue. In your letter, you can explain why these same APC customers should pay for cooling towers so you can enjoy more water at your lake house. I'm sure they will be very happy to fork over these big bucks as they visualize you and your friends floating leisurely (beer in hand) at your swim dock. I'm over and out.
