Boston Butt and 3 Slabs of Ribs

Yesterday I fired up the ole smoker and smoked a 10# Boston Butt and three slabs of St Louis style ribs. I used apple wood for the smoke and cooked the butt for 9 hours and the ribs for 4 hours both at 250*. The family gave me an A+ on both the ribs and the butt. I got the butt from Foodland-Dadeville for $1.48/# and the ribs from M&T Meat Market in Hawkinsville, GA. The butt was so good that I went back to Foodland and bought a couple more butts for the freezer. I hope evryone has a Great and Safe 4th of July holiday.
