Values have certainly increased the last few years although they seem to have stabilized during this market downturn. A friend just sold his 7 yr old home here in Shelby Shores for $497k. Despite the overall market conditions, there are still some buyers around.

It is a shame we can't get more folks using this forum. It would be a great tool for sharing/discussing lake topics. I'll see if I can get HOBO to put something in the next newsletter.
