We just left last night, the water was waist deep over our dock. The water was expected to reach 4' over full pool, which would be 568' EL.

Then we heard that it would be going a foot and a half higher (569.5)

I'm not sure where Island is but in Cedar Bluff at Hidden Cove Sub. several properties had substantial damage to them. I would recomend getting someone there to try to locate and take pictures of your place if you can. We went home already or I would try to give you more info.
