Right on dmp! My info on Martin dam leakage (albeit somewhat dated) is that about 70 cfs worth of 'leakage' occurs from the dam. When the turbines are not crank'in, most of the downstream flow above Thurlow dam is from trib inflow to Yates and Thrulow in addition to the Martin dribble.
