Dear Rusty, I only hope that when You build Your dream home on Lay Lake like You said You hope to one day, That You will start to want to protect it as much as I do and not let everybody just trash it.
Also let People from parts afar be able to tell You want You need and want You don't need on Your Lake.
I know the lakes up north in some areas You must wait to get a pass to get a boat slip in order to be able to put Your boat in the water.
It is not like You can just drive up and put in in for the day, You must have a permit or pass. It is so crowded that it has come to that and that My friend is sad. Tuscaloosa lake has a speed limit on it now. Martin is not far from it. That also is sad. I am just fighting to help keep Lay Lake the way She is. And I guess this makes Me a Bad guy, Well if that's the case I am the Bad Guy. You can side with whom You like, but I hope You will fight to keep Lay lake a pretty Lady.
Take care
