Last week, we contracted to buy a great lot on Lay Lake. We're pretty excited about it. Tonight, we were at dinner with a construction guy who is working on the new water treatment plant "near the 4H center". I don't know much about the area yet, so forgive me if my locations don't make sense. Anyway, he made the comment "if you think the water is low now, just wait until that plant is running next spring". So, now I've gone from excited to worried.

Does anyone have any idea how this will affect Lay Lake?

Thanks. See you on the lake.
