doo-doo, it’s very interesting that the failure to inspect half a million pounds of meat would occur in the most corrupt state in the US...Illinois!  Guess the packer just paid off the Fed Inspector to take Saturdays off....very typical in a dimokrap environment.  Hey, maybe  Jimmy Hoffa is in yo freezer.  Ya know it’s been goin’ on for years....
