Copperline's been lissnen to the pooch about the effectiveness of our central gummint, and the smarts of the federal workers, especially those who voted for change without knowing, or really caring, what kind of change would result. Copper, I don't mean to depress you even more, but, this nation was not founded on compassion; it was founded on liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Copper, I was lying about not wanting to depress you further. See if this brings a tear to your eye. I said this in April; I'll say it again here, now. Any and all costs this legislation adds to my business will result in a dollar for dollar reduction in my payroll expense. My net will not suffer, and, as a result, I will shift cost BACK to those (you) feeling good about this crap. Finally, I think we could really control health care costs if we listed the names of all the professionals advocating a reduction in Health Insurance charges and profitability, and reduced their earnings by a similar percentage. Better yet, turn the entire health care admin process, hell, the entire central gummint civilian work force, over to WAL-MART. That group knows how to squeeze costs. Side note --had a 2010 Census worker in one of my stores yesterday, wearing the shirt, badge, hand held unit in a holster, at 10:30 a.m., buying a 6'er of Natty Ice. That depressed me………
