taking one for the team. Many of us want to but it's like touching that stove.....u know that sob is hot and gonna burn u....u just don't do it. Sad they can't get it right.....I know income is the problem but I once heard u have to spend money to make money.  

On the flip side regatta bay in destin and hombre in P.C. are in excellent shape! :-)
