Hello all:

Been thinking about buying a place on lake martin. Most recent place we looked at was just south of tallapoosa river bridge - Hwy 280. I don't know much about the lake as of yet,a nd have heard about problems with muddy water and debris. Could anyone elaborate on this please? How often and for how long? Is the north end of the lake navigable when this happens?

Thanks in advance
Trey
