we use Behr deck seal (at HomeDepot)...it has a slight color. the wood looks very natural. it comes in different colors. the # we used is actually transparent...the wood grain shows through nicely. we use a Behr cleaner and conditioner on the wood before we pressure wash. (the seal has to be applied with care, any mistake shows up!)
