I guess that all the strategic haybails that APCO placed around the perimeter of the lake must have absorbed all of the rain.... That, or like I stated earlier: Maybe there's a conspiracy and they're routing all that water to the Western States... As far as 6" of rain being absorbed into the ground, well yeah, it has been a desert around here for the past couple of months... DUH!
