Hey Ivan

Still waving the flag for APC! It's not about APC - It's about how they manipulate the waters on Smith Lake to support an antiquated coal fired steam plan downstream of the dam because they have not spent capital dollars to correct the cooling inadequacies. If TVA managed their reservoirs like APC, complaints would be similar. They are currently spending capital now to add another cooling tower at Brown's Ferry.
