I am posting here in search of anyone who has any knowledge of any type of approved septic service below the 522.

I have an elevation of 519, and a little bit over half acre of land. I am willing to do this the right, allowable, way. Alabama Power is not the problem. The health department is the one who is not allowing anything I have found. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do, or where I can go for information?
