Just from the curve of 2008 and May 29 thru June 12, 2009, the curve equations appear to be identical. Yet, 2008 was considered to be a year of draught and 2009's rainfall has been plenty. So, what's going on?

One conclusion is that the drawdown in 2009 will be identical to 2008 unless something changes. This is totally unreasonable in lieu of the rainfall numbers for 2009 unless APC is already pursuing the same water cooling quantities for Gorgas.

I have not heard anything about the permitting by FERC. Hopefully, some adjustments would have been included by FERC to get a balance between recreational needs on Amith and those needs by Gorgas. Apparrently not baased on the water numbers.
