Beware there are 4 lakelots for sale on Rock Creek, located in a sudivision called Headwaters at Rock Creek, that will not perc, and require an Engineered septic system costing $8.000.00 up to 15.000.00. The developer will not disclose this nor will certain realestate agents. They also advertise as year round water. I guess that could mean any amount of water. Dont waste your money.
