These wind turbines are such a boondoggle. They never produce enough revenue to pay for themselves even in windy areas. They depend on a government subsidy. This is espically true here as we average a 9 mph wind in summer.

  It is said that one can build a windmill with steel but you can't make steel with a wind mill!
