Caught an interview with the former National Stockpile Manager.  The media keeps suggesting that the Administration has done something wrong regarding the PPE shortage.  According to the real expert, the problem is that the vast majority of the PPE is made in China.  The National Stockpile was ordering PPE, but as the virus grew in China, China prevented manufacturers from shipping to retain the PPE for themselves.  So we got none.  And that is the reason for the shortage, and now China is shipping again.
