This is what you get for believing the govt media Goofy.....ya know, the ones that told us for 3 years about Russia collusion.  The changes made were for financial reasons and some disgruntled employees claimed that this "slowed down the mail".  What a joke.....as if anyone believes the mail was fast, in like, never.  There is a reason why UPS and FedEx exist and are multibillion dollar companies.  No surprise you fell for this....none at all.
