I agree with the better management of the levels of everyones lake. While I am biased towards Logan Martin I do believe that lake levels should be held as full as possible and the Hydro Electric source of energy should only be used when necessary. APCO has already stated that they do not need the Hydro Energy and that they have enough energy to get us through the heat wave.

I say let the lakes fill naturally and while I am fine with it not being "full pool" I wish it was closer to full than Winter Pool. In my opinion APCO let too much water out at the beginning of the summer and because of the drought was never able to recover the levels.

While I do not necessarily wish for a flood I do hope we have excessive rain over the winter to make '08 Great.
