They have learned to assess the property owner's net worth ($1,000,000 home on a pricy lot, 2 BMW's, and a couple of 60-80 k boats in a very nice boat house). They conclude that you could easily afford to pay 25 to 30 dollars an hour. Just Saying, kids today might be a little shy of manual labor but they have been taught to look for value.
