When you purchase a boat like that, and invest that much money, MOST buyers pay very much attention when operating the boat. You would not believe what a boat like that cost! It will have the very best safety systems (steering, fire protection, hardware, drive systems, etc.) available. And they are very difficult to insure, and have deductables in the $25,000 to $35,000 range. Any reckless driving/dui etc and you are out of the performance boat market. I attend many events and I am around many performance boat operaters/owners several times a year, and these people are safe and concious boaters.
