I don't know how the shelter thing works, but I was in Wasl-Mart in Prattville right before Thanksgiving and in the
pet section, the Prattville Animal Shelter had posted several pictures of animals for adoption. A picture of a bloodhound caught my eye. Not sure if it Millie, but the dog looks to be an older dog in the picture. The
info on the dog listed the dog to have been dropped off by it's family who could no longer care for it.
I just thought this was a bit odd. I've looked at Millies pictures several times and/but the picture from the Shelter is not a very good one. I don't know if you have contacted the shelter in Prattville, but it might be worth a call...just in case. I wasn't sure if when you contact a shelter about a missing pet, they keep in touch with you
or if it's the owners job to follow up every so often. Anyway, good luck in finding Millie,....and I will continue to keep a watchful eye open!
