If my son had been accused of a crime, well chances are it was already in a system with appropriate jurisdiction and I would not appeal it to the FBI or the UN or the Hague.

 

If he claimed his innocence I would hire a PI to investigate the individual and find out what was in her past to be able to make the case that she was a lying nut job - and if the facts went against my child then he should suffer the consequences.  I would not demand the FBI do anything unless it was a federal jurisdiction nor would I demand a polygraph which is about worthless since all you have to do is answer 2 questions to estabilish honesty while hooked up - that test was a farce.
