How come California is worse off than the other three states we are constantly hearing about in the media?  I mean, other than the fact that Newsom is a Democrat.  Explain why CA, which has not reopened is doing so much worse than those states.  Maybe because as the CDC director aptly noted, the spike in these states is a result of vacationers from other states and not their residents.

As for Florida, it appears that there is a huge problem with their test results.  Many clinics are reporting 100% positivity rates which is not just theoretically impossible, it is inconceivable.  And apparently there have been a lot of positive cases lumped into a single day creating a false impression of new cases.
