The speaker was just protecting the child because everyone knows that the speaker has very flambouyant speaking style with lots of hand and arm movement due to her strong Italian heratige so she just wanted to make sure the child was safe out of of danger from an inadvertant elbow to the face blah blah blah.

We will see if I am right.  The video is disgusting.  Can we finally "abort" her from office.
