Have a farmhouse over in Coosa County and looking for a Handyman and crew to renovate the house (just do not have time anymore)

- Take down a couple small none load bearing walls

- Relocate 2 electrical switches in these walls

- Remove door casings, re-install custom farmhouse casings, sand spackle and paint

- Take down hollow core doors, reface with mission style moldings and spackle and paint

- Sand, prime and paint tile floors and tub with Tile and Tub Expoy

- Install 10 recessed lights and switches

- Install LPV flooring and underlayment

- Rip out old baseboards and install new baseboards

- Install as couple of toilets, sinks and faucets

- Install 3 light fixtures

- Take down a couple walls of paneling, install insulations and then reinstall paneling

- Possibly install a metal roof

- If an experienced painter - spackle and paint refaced kitchen and bathroom cabinets

- Then some other misc reno's -- such as replace all brown light switches and plugs with ivory, paint a couple exterior doors, etc.

About a 6+ week project depending on size of the crew. I will source all the materials, just need to the labor.

Thank you for any recommendations, as have tried Facebook Lake Martin Q&A and all the handymen or contractors want to refer themselves. But I am looking for first hand recommendations from past experiences.
