If you look at the land they recently applied surveyors' stakes on, there is practically no water access without major dredging along what little shoreline there is. An I would be very interested in what is meant by "underprivileged" children. Looking at it badly I could envision some sneaking out at night and wreaking havoc on the neighborhood, and our cabin, especially if they do something with the camp at the end of our slough, woud be a prime target for mischief.
