The red dot is squarely on Mack's place. We are the last place on the right in the long slough to the right of Mack's slough. The area at the very top if the slough is the area with surveyor stakes As you can see there is a fair amount of land (although really steep) but practically no water access...now.
And it looks like the term "Estate" would seem to rule out it being a church. Maybe "Bishop" was the donor's first or last name? The other word after bishop seems to be a mis-spelling.
