The Landing at Harbor Pointe at Restful Cove is under construction and, supposedly, opening this summer.

Gotta figure this will just about kill Copper's Grill . . . and Bluffs Daiquiri Bar.

Also, Castelluccio Lake Martin opened back in November. I've had a very good dinner there. Looking forward to trying their Sunday brunch!
