An Irishman celebrating St. Patricks Day always wore his kilt when he would go out on Sr. Patricks Day. I think all of use have heard the rumor that they don't wear anything underneath the kilt. By early night fall he had had a few too many beers and found himself by an old cemetery where he sat down and fell asleep. A few giggling young girls came upon him and decided to check out the rumor. One of the girls saw a blue ribbon on a wreath nearby and they decided to tie it on his most vulnerable "private" part. When he awoke, he looked and saw the blue ribbon. He said, "Old Buddy" I don't remember what we did last night but we won "first" place.
