As we learn more about this sweetheart deal it was simply unbelievable. As it turns out the plea deal provided Biden with a lifetime get out of jail free card for any and all crimes. The judge asked prosecutor Weiss five times if there has ever been a plea deal like this and he answered no all five times. No wonder she questioned the constitutionality of this plea deal and refused to sign off on it.
I hope Republicans ask Weiss the same question and why he not only deviated from precedent, guidance and rules but did so in such a spectacular fashion. We all know the rea answer but I want to watch him lie and squirm. The reality is that they should have done the exact opposite, especially with the tax evasion charges. Their rules and guidance tell them to seek jail time for prominent people caught cheating on their taxes as a deterrent to others.....just ask Leona Helmsly, Martha Stewart, Wesley Snipes and dozens of other prominent people that went to jail for far less evasion than this crack addled POS. Sadly for them they were not related to Joe Biden and didn't have an utterly corrupt, embittered partisan hack like Merrick Garland and his lap dog lackey Weiss not on the side of justice. Thank the good Lord he was denied a seat on SCOTUS.
