It is at the next to the last house on the right as you go out of Manoy Creek. I believe it is off of Parsons Hill Road. Right across the slough from 2thelake or 4thelake or some moniker close to that. (Senoir moment) It is tied to the pier is the only reason it is still above water. It appears to have some bouancy left however because it 'bobs' with boat wakes. My bet is either a malfuncioning float valve, or the abscense of one. The motor is definitely underwater so whoever raises her needs to be prepared to de-water the engine right away.

This is very sad as this was a very nice boat.
