Turn off the water then replace the washer or the valve, depends on which type of faucet you have.

Only way to find out is to turn off the water, remove the cover and unscrew the handle, then you will know if you can replace a washer or have to replace the entire valve assembly, either way a simple fix.

Now lakeplumber is going to prove me wrong, just watch, as I ain't no plumber and he is.
