Steve and his guys are top notch and will actually figure out what the problem is and fix something rather than replace parts until the issue goes away.  I wish he was still on the lake but its not that long a drive and worth the extra miles.  Can't comment on his cooking but the consensus here is that he has an abrormal and ill considered dislike of the Big Green Egg.......something to worry about for sure.  But working on boats?  None better in my experience.
