Yes, that was my point. I don't imagine property owners in the area would too happy introducing underprivieged kids into their neighborhood. I suspect that is why it is being kept so hush hush.
Although there has been a lot of talk lately about off water development. Apparently since people can't afford homes on the lake, Russell Lands and others are pushing off water development. But I don't think Russell Lands has anything to do with the By-Water/Coosa development.
