The thing is Shoe that these people were more than likely doing everything they could to create a safe environment but the boat that hit them obviously wasn't. I think what PP was saying was we all don't know the facts and that there are certain things that can be done to try to avoid such an accident, and for all to take that part into account and try to do their best while on the lake.
