First of all I want to thank you both for your service to our country and our freedoms with that being said don't give up and stay the course until you get justifiable results. My Father was wounded in Nam on his second tour which nearly killed him, and when he was well enough sent him back for a third tour. He tried for many years to get his disablity from his injuries and finally got them on his death bed which he never knew about. My Mother is living a little better due to this coming though just before his death. He was very active with the American Legion and I believe the Legion commander helped with him getting his disablity. That may help if you pursue this option.
