With probably 30% of our population on welfare and food stamps, with no motivation to climb up out of the pits of poverty, and dependably voting dimokrap, what else can you expect but economic failure for the state.  You hand 'em food, educational opportunities, free healthcare, and free housing and this is what you get in return.....a dumb, unmotivated, slug dimokrap!!
