Actually what he is claiming is that Republicans are so stupid as to not be able to stop obvious fraud in their own elections, I would imagine it would take a whole lot to flip Texas to a blue state.  It appears that Jimmy Carter in 1976 was the last D president that Texas put electoral votes in for.

And to make matters worse (at least in Texas and some states ) is willing to prosecute you if you video the machine with your vote on it in an attempt to prove voter fraud.

 The crime is a misdemeanor, with a penalty that could include up to 30 days in jail and $50 fine. ( In tennessee ) 

Alabama and Georgia does not allow video inside the polling place, even in a booth with privacy - not that I have seen such booths since gradeschool. So be careful and know what your state does not allow before trying it!
