No - the education situtation in Alabama is the butt of the joke perpetrated on the kids of Alabama by the state government.  

I do not see where I was indicating the education system was a joking matter - now my comments about the impact studies on if California would slide off I thought you might find funny from the government red tape / white paper discussions, and of course anything by GF who decided to equate earth quakes and natural disasters to the train wreck that is Alabama education and who may have caused it - because it is anything but natural - that is one place where the results are 100% man made.
